My Story

I've spent most of my life rubbishing diets and convincing myself that diets are not needed if we eat anything we like in moderation.  Not only that but having three daughters I didn't want them to see food as the enemy and create in them any sign of an eating disorder.

How wrong could I be?? After daughter number one my weight pretty much returned to normal, but after a few years of being a stay at home mum that soon changed, and especially after daughters two and three came along.

The BIG 40
Married at 25, separated at 36 and divorced at 38.  Followed by emmigrating back to the UK, my beloved mother passing away from bowel cancer, having a baby and trying to find employment, whilst being a single mum.

This year it is all going to change.  Everyone has a personal journey or a goal, something they want to achieve.  No more excuses.....we can do this together !!!!
